Adam Fern

Adam Fern is currently the Product Lead at Proof of Play, a game studio and blockchain technology company that combines the two, where he focuses on token strategy, platform products, and player growth.

Adam is the former Director of Product, Partnerships, and Growth at Better.com, where his product teams focused on integrating with banks and building platforms to serve multiple partners. Previously, he served as VP of Product & Special Projects at LSQ, a PE-owned factoring business, where he oversaw the digital transformation of the business into a scalable, fintech firm utilizing industry best practices. Before that, Adam was the Head of Product for Square Capital, where he oversaw rapid growth in monthly originations, increasing from $1 million per month to over $35 million per month. Prior to his tenure at Square Capital, Adam was a founding team member and served as the Risk Product Lead for the Square Cash App. Prior to joining the Cash App team, Adam was a risk analyst responsible for developing internal tools used by the operations team, selecting and implementing vendors, streamlining onboarding processes for their customers, and evaluating the performance of operations specialists on the team with a focus on customer experience.
