Justin Foa

Justin Foa has over two decades of experience in leadership, growth strategy, and insurance distribution. As President & CEO of Foa & Son, Justin led the firm’s expansion while upholding its 150-year client trust and industry respect legacy, and ultimately sold Foa & Son to Alera Group in 2022, where he now serves as Tri-State Regional Director. Before this, he spent over 10 years at multinational insurance brokerage firms, including Aon Risk Services, where he was Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Insurance Division.

Justin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with an undergraduate degree with concentrations in insurance, legal studies, and marketing.
