Rob Rush

Robert Rush is an Investment Associate at Rebalance Capital. Prior to joining Rebalance, Robert led workforce development initiatives at Correlation One, where he oversaw programs that helped thousands of underrepresented learners transition into higher-paying roles in data and technology. He began his career at Meta (Facebook), managing multi-million-dollar digital marketing campaigns for major retail brands.

Robert’s commitment to impact investing is rooted in personal experience. Born and raised in the South Bronx, he saw firsthand how uneven access to opportunity could limit potential. This perspective has shaped his focus on investing in solutions that expand economic mobility, particularly at the intersection of education, technology, and financial inclusion.

Robert holds an Masters in Business Administration and Education from Stanford University, and an Undergraduate degree in Socio-Political Theory and African American Studies from Harvard University. He lives in New York City, where he enjoys engaging in the arts, fashion, and basketball.
